Parking
Safe & convenient parking is available on the northbound side of Main Street (U.S. 27) in the front of the library building or in the 2 hour public parking lot in the back which is accessible via Pleasant Street.
Mission Statement
The Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library provides opportunities for our residents and taxpayers to pursue lifelong learning, cultural and economic enrichment, and enjoyment. To accomplish this mission, we provide materials and services of popular interest to the community, emphasizing and encouraging reading, supplementing the educational needs of the community, and furnishing timely, accurate information. Community needs drive our services and we take a personal interest in ensuring that they are delivered in a welcoming, convenient, and responsive manner.
