A Long Walk To Water: Water Scarcity Program

We are excited to partner with the Harrison County Extension office to bring you a wonderful program about water conservation. Many children walk long distances daily just to find clean, accessible drinking water for drinking, bathing, and cooking. The time it takes to collect water each day causes many of the children to not attend school. Work to solve this real world problem by designing a water filter with materials that are the most effective. This program is recommended for school age kids Kindergarten & Up.
