Scrapbook Program for Adults

Each month you will create two scrapbook pages. If you attend each month, you will have an entire scrapbook by the end of the year. Supplies are provided. All library programs are free to the public. Please call the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library at 859-234-4881 to register for this program. Pre-registration is required.
